
Council delivers for Kenton with new BMX park.
Kenton councillor and local business owner Ajay Maru has worked hard with his colleagues with in Harrow Council, British Cycling and Access Sport to bring a unique BMX facility within the Borough. This is the first BMX cycling facility In the Borough and will be a great asset to Kenton. The park will improving access to quality local facilities and activities for residents.
Throughout the pandemic we have seen the need for quality outdoor spaces and this will be an brilliant addition to Kenton.
The site features an undulating track for BMX riders to hone their skills and stay active. As well as the facility a new volunteer-led BMX cycling club is being developed to open up this site to the community and give our children (and some adventures adults) the chance to get the most out of this new space.
Cllr Ajay Maru has said “ I am so happy to see this fantastic facility created and am sure that it will be an asset to the people of Kenton. I am excited that we are seeing development in Kenton and I will continue to work as a your councillor to bring development and investment into Kenton.”
