Meet your Candidates, Stephen Hickman and Eden Kulig
~Stephen Hickman
I live in Harrow and work as a teacher in a local state secondary school. Every day I see how much harm has been caused by austerity and the pandemic, and how vital council services are to the young people in my care.
My children attend local schools, swim in local pools and play in local parks. I am heavily involved as a volunteer in local community groups.
I firmly believe that only a Labour council with Labour values can deliver for the residents of Harrow-on-the-Hill and I am honoured to represent you as a Labour candidate in May.
Eden Kulig
I live here in Harrow-on-the-Hill and am active in local community groups, including volunteering at vaccination centres and helping to deliver food to vulnerable people during the pandemic.
I was previously a caseworker for our local MP, Gareth Thomas, which helped me understand the issues faced by people across Harrow. I helped residents access better street cleaning services, tackled antisocial behaviour and helped set up community events. I am now a charity worker and I would look forward to using my skills to represent you on the council and to making Harrow a better place to live for all of us.
